Shipping & delivery

Where we ship from. Every order is packed at Happy Valley Tea Estate, Kurseong, Darjeeling and dispatched from our Kolkata facility.

Delivery time

• Orders are processed in 1–2 working days.
• Most orders are delivered in 5–7 working days across India.
• Remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹1,299 and above: free shipping.
• Orders below ₹1,299: ₹50 shipping.
• Cash on Delivery: an extra ₹40 COD fee applies.
• Any charge that applies is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel leaves us, you receive a tracking link by SMS and email. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct when ordering, as wrong details are the most common cause of delay.

Damaged, delayed or wrong item

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
