Return and Refund Policy

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Tea packs must be unopened, unused, sealed and in their original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, email customercare@happyvalleyorganictea.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before they are sent. Approved returns should be sent to: Lemongrass Organic Tea Private Limited, 20 Coal Berth Road, Hoboken Road, Near Shivam Weigh Bridge, Kolkata 700088, West Bengal, India. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Report any damaged, defective or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@happyvalleyorganictea.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product and outer packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Non-returnable items
Opened or used tea packs cannot be returned. Gift cards and complimentary Puja tea pouches are non-refundable. A free pouch has no cash value and must be returned if the qualifying order is returned in full.

Exchanges
For an exchange, contact us first. Once the return is approved, we will provide the next steps.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
